All content generated and published through the Service, including quotes, video compositions, and visual assets, is owned by the Service operator. Background media assets are used under their respective licenses and credited accordingly.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Rising Zen is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific requirements.
In no event shall the Service operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
